JoSprout values the protection of the privacy of its relations and has taken measures to ensure that the information collected is treated confidentially and securely. We see it as our responsibility to protect your privacy. On this page, we inform you about the data we collect, why we collect this data, and how we use it to improve your user experience.

Purpose and basis for processing personal data
JoSprout processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- To contact you upon request or due to ongoing contracts;
- To enter into agreements;
- To handle payments;
- To deliver goods and services to you;
- JoSprout also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data required for our tax return.
Personal data we process
When you use our contact form, we process the following data:

As a relation, you can use our products and services. For this, we process the following data:
- Organization data (name, address, registration number)
- Name of contact person
- (Business) phone number
- (Business) email address
- Invoice data

JoSprout also processes data to conduct a customer survey. This happens when we deliver products to you or purchase products from you. The additional personal data we process for the customer survey are of the ultimate stakeholders or directors: The function, name, date of birth, and country of residence.
We use this data to execute the agreement we enter into with you and to maintain the relationships that arise from it. We retain this data for the duration of the agreement. We retain some data longer if we are obliged to do so (for example, due to the fiscal retention period of seven years).
How long we retain personal data
JoSprout does not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We apply the following retention periods for the following (categories of) personal data:
- Fiscal data have a legal retention period of 7 years.
- Agreements are retained for the duration of the agreement and up to 10 years after the agreement has ended.
- For the customer survey, we retain the company data as long as the agreement is in effect.
- Sometimes it is necessary to provide a partially redacted copy of your ID; We delete this as soon as possible, no later than 3 days after identification.
Sharing personal data with third parties
JoSprout shares your personal data with various third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. JoSprout remains responsible for these processes. Additionally, JoSprout provides your personal data to other third parties. We do this only with your explicit consent.

ReCaptcha
When using the contact form, a cookie from Google Inc. (Google) is used with Re-Captcha, which remembers various data to determine whether a human or an automated bot is filling out the form. How we secure personal data
JoSprout takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification. If you believe that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact via info@josprout.com.
We take the following security measures, among others:
- IT measures: access control on our laptops and systems, using passwords and MF2 authentication;
- Physical measures: access security, including access chips and camera security in and around our office building;
- Encryption of digital (email) files;
- Organizational measures for access security;
- Security of network connections;
- Data storage within the EU.
We work as digitally as possible: old papers are shredded, and digital documents are secured.
